Shipping & Delivery:

Ribbon and Bow orders will be a flat $5.00 shipping/handling cost.
All orders are shipped by DHL Ground.
2nd day and overnight are available for an additional charge.

Cancellation/Return Policy:
Due to the personalized nature of our favors, no cancellations/returns will be accepted. Damaged or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded. Creative Favors shipping charges are non-refundable and Return shipping charges are the responsiblity of the customer.
